Let go. Unclench your fists. Find the tension hiding in your body and release it. Just because you’re upside down doesn’t mean you’re in the wrong place. Don’t let fear prevent you from seeing the world from a different perspective. Keep breathing. There are lessons to be learned from this discomfort.
A butterfly must extract itself from its chrysalis. You cannot help free it. Once outside the confines of its metamorphic casing, the butterfly hangs, often for hours, pushing fluid into its rumpled wings. Although vulnerable, it has no choice. Now is also the time for you to expand your wings. Fear is unhelpful when there’s work to be done.
