MS forced me to slow down, and surprisingly I’m happier than I’ve ever been. I would certainly prefer not to have MS, but it’s taught me to be more present.
Rest well, Yardena, life sounds good just living it. Pretzels, nutella, a little hockey, and reading this is more than enough luxury compared to most things going on around us, and deep down everybody feels it.

I'm so glad you think so! I think so too. Life doesn't need to be glamorous to be well-lived. I hope you get any rest you need as well.
